ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF INLAND WATERWAY VESSELS MADE FROM POLYPROPYLENE COPOLYMER (PPC) MATERIALS

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 107/2012/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 20, 2012 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration Inspection Bureau;

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ENACT NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF INLAND WATERWAY VESSELS MADE FROM POLYPROPYLENE COPOLYMER (PPC) MATERIALS.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF INLAND WATERWAY VESSELS MADE FROM POLYPROPYLENE COPOLYMER (PPC) MATERIALS

REGISTRATION CODE: QCVN 95:2016/BGTVT.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 28, 2017.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AUTHORITY, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION’S AGENCIES AND UNITS, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
