DECREE-LAW

OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NO. 43/SL DATED MARCH 22, 1950

PRESIDENT

OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

HO CHI MINH

President of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 216-SL dated August 20, 1948 establishing the Resistance Medal;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 83-SL dated September 17, 1947 establishing the Institute of Medals;

At the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister.

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:

Article 1. Article 2 of Decree-Law No. 216-SL dated August 20, 1948 establishing the Resistance Medal is hereby repealed and replaced by a new Article 2 as follows:

"New Article 2: The Resistance Medal has three classes: first class, second class, and third class. - The first-class Resistance Medal shall be established by this decree-law

Article 2. The Prime Minister and the Institute of Medals shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
