Regarding the announcement of the list of goods permitted to be traded through commodity exchanges
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 7861/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 158/2006/ND-CP dated December 26, 2006 of the Government detailing the Law on Trade regarding activities of buying and selling goods through commodity exchanges;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the Director of the Domestic Market Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of Goods Permitted for Trading Through Commodity Exchanges attached hereto shall be promulgated.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
