DECISION

OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH NUMBER 4380/2003/QĐ-BYT AUGUST 18, 2003 ON THE ADOPTION OF EIGHT INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP of May 15, 2003 issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Quality Assurance Law dated January 4, 2000;
Based on the proposals from the Heads of the Department of Science and Training and the Department of Medical Equipment and Infrastructure,

DECISION

Article 1. To adopt the industry standards for eight medical equipment products (with an attached list).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Science and Training, the Department of Medical Equipment and Infrastructure, the Directors of the Institute of Medical Equipment and Infrastructure, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
