Regarding the issuance of Construction Standards Volume II and Volume III

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 42/CP dated July 16, 1996 of the Government promulgating the Regulation on Investment Management and Construction, and Decree No. 92/CP dated August 23, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of the Regulation on Investment Management and Construction issued together with Decree No. 42/CP dated July 16, 1996 of the Government;

Considering the need for management of Planning and Construction, based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Construction Policy, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the Director of the National Quality Control Agency for Construction Projects, the Director of the Department of Architecture and Planning, and the Director of the Institute of Architectural Research;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Issued along with this decision are Construction Standards Volume II and Volume III.

Article 2. This decision takes effect from November 1, 1997 and applies throughout the country.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this decision.
