Issuing standards for fieldwork costs of forestry area projects and protective forest management

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Credit Agreement No. 1515-VIE (SF) between the Government of Vietnam and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) dated June 11, 1997;
Pursuant to Decision No. 22/TTg dated November 1, 1997 of the Prime Minister approving the feasibility study project for the Forestry Area and Upstream Protective Forest Management;
Pursuant to Circular No. 26/1999/TT-BTC dated March 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the financial management mechanism for the Forestry Area and Upstream Protective Forest Management Project;
Pursuant to Circulars No. 93/1998/TT-BTC and No. 94/1998/TT-BTC dated June 30, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance on conference expenditure and fieldwork expenses;
Considering the proposal No. 191/CV/DALN-ADB dated March 23, 2000 of the Forestry Projects Management Board;
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving the standards for fieldwork costs of the Forestry Area and Upstream Protective Forest Management Project as follows:
1. Environmental zoning: 8,200,000 VND/community
2. Survey and construction of group form land map: 11,140,000 VND/community or 22,280 VND/hectare
Article 2. Based on the cost standards set forth in Article 1, the Forestry Projects Management Board shall guide the technical procedures according to the project requirements and detailed fees attached hereto.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, Heads of relevant Departments, Bureaus, and Divisions under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, members of the Central Project Management Board, Provincial Project Management Board, Central Project Director, and Provincial Project Director are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
