Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 1537/ĐH&SĐH dated March 4, 2004,

Article 1. Assigning the task of training master's degree students to Haiphong University of Medicine; the Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and specify the specific fields of study.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal people's committees under the central government, and the Rector of Haiphong University of Medicine are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
