DECISION
Issuing technical regulations for rural electricity

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 105/2005/ND-CP dated August 17, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Electricity Law;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the Technical Regulations for Rural Electricity, designated: QDTT.DNT-2006.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 57/2000/QD-BCT dated September 25, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry regarding the issuance of Technical Regulations for Rural Power Grids applicable to rural electrification projects. These regulations shall be uniformly applied nationwide in all areas of design and installation in rural electrification works.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees under the central government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
