ISSUING THE INDUSTRY STANDARD 22 TCN 356-06 "CONSTRUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURES FOR POLYMER MODIFIED ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENTS"

and inspecting the surface of the polymeric bitumen concrete pavement

WHEREAS, the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;

WHEREAS, the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;

WHEREAS, the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT,

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS INDUSTRY STANDARD 22 TCN 356-06 "CONSTRUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURES FOR POLYMER MODIFIED ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENTS".

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS, AND THE HEADS OF THE AFFECTED ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
