THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Forest Protection and Development 2004.
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
At the proposal of the Director of the Forest Protection Department.

Article 1The "Forest Management and Tree Marking Hammer Regulation" is promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 69/2001/QD-BNN-KL dated June 26, 2001 and Decision No. 01/2002/QD-BNN-KL dated January 2, 2002 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amending and supplementing certain points of the Forest Management and Use of Tree Marking Hammers Regulation issued together with Decision No. 69/2001/QD-BNN-KL.
Article 3The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Institutes, Schools related thereto; Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development; Chiefs of Forest Protection Bureaus; organizations and individuals involved in relevant activities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
