THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework programs for intermediate vocational level qualifications and framework programs for higher vocational college level qualifications;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational college level qualifications for the profession "Marine Vessel Control";
At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the framework program for intermediate vocational level qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational college level qualifications for the profession: "Marine Vessel Control".
Based on the aforementioned framework programs, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher levels shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the vocational training programs applicable to their institutions.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher levels for the profession "Marine Vessel Control", and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
