THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement signed in a rotating manner between ASEAN countries and Japan, and signed by Vietnam in Hanoi on April 1, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 19/2006/NĐ-CP dated February 20, 2006, promulgated by the Government detailing the Law on Commerce regarding the origin of goods;
At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Rules for Issuing Certificates of Origin Model AJ to Enjoy Preferential Treatment under the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement signed in a rotating manner between ASEAN countries and Japan, and signed by Vietnam in Hanoi on April 1, 2008 (in the Rules and attached Appendices referred to as the Rules for Issuing Certificates of Origin Model AJ).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministry's Office, the Import-Export Department, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
