BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPLEMENTS THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS WITH POTENTIAL TO CAUSE SAFETY HAZARDS UNDER THE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. SUPPLEMENTING THE PRODUCT AND GOOD: "SALT" INTO THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS WITH POTENTIAL TO CAUSE SAFETY HAZARDS UNDER THE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF QUALITY CONTROL OF AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PRODUCTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S AFFILIATED UNITS, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
