CIRCULAR

Technical regulations on weather radar monitoring and ozone - ultraviolet radiation

and ozone - ultraviolet radiation

Pursuant to the Law on Meteorology and Hydrology dated November 23, 2015;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 38/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Meteorology and Hydrology;

On the basis of Decision No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, the Head of the Science and Technology Department and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to stipulate technical regulations on weather radar monitoring and ozone - ultraviolet radiation."b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."m shall be used.

Article 1. This Circular stipulates technical regulations on weather radar monitoring and ozone - ultraviolet radiation.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 8, 2017.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Hydro-Meteorological Service General Department, heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Natural Resources and Environment Departments under centrally governed cities and provinces, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During the implementation of this Circular, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall report them to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
