Circular No. 44/2021/TT-BGDĐT promulgates the Admissions Regulations for preparatory undergraduate education and the criteria for transferring to undergraduate or college level Early Childhood Education programs for preparatory undergraduate students.

Issuing the Admissions Regulations for preparatory undergraduate education and the Regulations on transferring to undergraduate and college-level Early Childhood Education programs for preparatory undergraduate students.

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;

Pursuant to the Higher Education Law dated June 18, 2012; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Higher Education Law dated November 19, 2018;

Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

At the request of the Director of the Ethnic Education Department;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Admissions Regulations for preparatory undergraduate education and the Regulations on transferring to undergraduate and college-level Early Childhood Education programs for preparatory undergraduate students.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Admissions Regulations for preparatory undergraduate education and the Regulations on transferring to undergraduate and college-level Early Childhood Education programs for preparatory undergraduate students.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2022, and replaces Circular No. 26/2016/TT-BGDĐT dated December 30, 2016 of the Minister of Education and Training on the Admissions Regulations, organization of preparatory training, examination, selection, and allocation to undergraduate and college-level teacher education programs for preparatory undergraduate students.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Ethnic Education Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training; the Directors of Bac Lieu Province Departments of Education, Science and Technology; the Rectors of universities; the Principals of university colleges; the Principals of college-level institutions training Early Childhood Education programs; the Principals of preparatory undergraduate schools; the Principals of the Northern Delta General Secondary School and other related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
