At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Import-Export;

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to amend and supplement some articles of Decision No. 05/2018/TT-BCT dated April 3, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade stipulating the origin of goods (hereinafter referred to as Decision No. 05/2018/TT-BCT).

Article 1. Supplementing and replacing some articles of Decision No. 05/2018/TT-BCT

1. Replacing Appendix I (Specific Rules for Goods) at Clause 2, Article 6 of Decision No. 05/2018/TT-BCT with Appendix I attached hereto.

2. Replacing Appendix II (Export Declaration Form for Goods Meeting the "WO" Criterion, Using Purchased Domestic Materials Without VAT Invoice) at Point a, Clause 1, Article 7 of Decision No. 05/2018/TT-BCT with Appendix II attached hereto.

3. Replacing the phrase "from point g to point l, Clause 1, Article 7 of this Circular" with the phrase "from point g to point l, Clause 1, Article 8 of this Circular" at Clause 1, Article 9 of Decision No. 05/2018/TT-BCT.

Article 2. Implementation clause

1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2024.

2. In cases where the legal normative documents cited in this Circular are amended, supplemented, or replaced, they shall be implemented according to the new provisions./.
