Decree No. 44/CP Approving the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation

DECREE

DECREE NO. 44-CP OF JULY 15, 1995, APPROVING THE REGULATIONS ON ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE VIETNAM COFFEE CORPORATION

WHEREAS, the Government Law on the Organization of the State Administration dated September 30, 1992; AND WHEREAS, Clause 1, Article 27 of the Law on State-Owned Enterprises;

  THE GOVERNMENT

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation;
APPROVES the Regulations on organization and operations of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation attached to this Decree.

DECREE:

Article 1. - - The Minister of Finance, the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry, the Governor of the State Bank, and the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of government-affiliated agencies related to this matter shall guide implementation based on these Regulations.

Article 2- The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry is responsible for continuing discussions with People's Committees of provinces, especially Dak Lak and Gia Lai Provinces, to compile a list of additional member units of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation, to be submitted to the Prime Minister for decision no later than the end of October 1995.

Article 3- This Decree takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 4The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, the Board of Directors, and the General Director of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree.

The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of centrally governed cities and provinces, Boards of Directors and General Directors of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree.
