NO. 44/SL DATED MAY 26, 1949

OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 organizing the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committees of Regions 1, 10, 3, and 4,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254/SL dated November 19, 1948 establishing local people's administration during the resistance period,

At the proposal of the Supreme National Defense Council,

 

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER

Article 1

The President hereby appoints Mr. Le Viet Luong as a member of the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committee of Region 4 to replace the late Mr. Vo Lien Son.

Article 2

The Supreme National Defense Council shall enforce this Decree-Law.
