THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1994 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to the Labor Code dated June 23, 1994;

Following the opinion of the Ministry of Health at Circular No. 411/VS dated January 15, 1997.

DECISION:

Article 1: This Decision attaches a provisional list of "particularly arduous, hazardous, and dangerous occupations and jobs" and "arduous, hazardous, and dangerous occupations and jobs" belonging to the People's Public Security Forces.

Article 2: Military personnel, professional workers engaged in the occupations and jobs mentioned in Article 1 shall implement labor protection regimes, wages, and social insurance according to current regulations.

Article 3: The list of particularly arduous, hazardous, and dangerous occupations and jobs and arduous, hazardous, and dangerous occupations and jobs attached to this Decision shall only apply to subjects managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs and shall take effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
