DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 44/SL DATED MARCH 22, 1950
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57-SL dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of Ministries;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 50-SL dated June 18, 1949 on the organization of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 56-SL dated June 18, 1949 appointing Colonel Phan Tu Lang as Director of the Logistics Department;
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and Commander-in-Chief of the National Army and People's Militia of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1. Now appoints Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh as Director of the Logistics Department in place of Colonel Phan Tu Lang.
Article 2. The Minister of National Defense and Commander-in-Chief of the National Army and People's Militia of Vietnam shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
