d) Accounting uses the funding for maintenance and management of rented housing left at the unit.
- Actual expenses incurred for major repairs, regular repairs, and management of housing, record:

When the annual settlement is approved, based on the actual expenditure for the aforementioned activities, and if the funding is sufficient to cover the expenses, transfer the entire actual expenditure, record:

Credit Account 38 - Expenditure from Funding.
In cases where the funding for maintenance and management of housing is insufficient to cover the actual expenditure, only transfer the actual expenditure covered by the current funding, as in the case above, and leave the remaining balance on Account 38 to be covered by next year's funding.
3- Accounting for the collection and management of rental income from housing owned by the state managed by the Housing Business Company.
a) Record total revenue and revenue subject to taxation from housing rentals.
Based on the consolidated report of the rental housing revenue plan, exempted revenue, and revenue due for state-owned housing funds (model annex number 2 of Circular Joint No. 08/LBTT) approved by the competent authority:
- REFLECT TOTAL RENTAL REVENUE, RECORD:

- Reflect exempted rental income for housing for specified groups (record in red):
