Regarding the establishment of the University of Education under the National University of Hanoi

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decision No. 121/2007/QĐ-TTg dated July 27, 2007 of the Government approving the planning of the university and college network for the period of 2006-2020;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Circular No. 130/TTr-BGDĐT dated March 4, 2009 regarding the establishment of the University of Education under the National University of Hanoi,

DECISION:

Article 1. The University of Education shall be established based on upgrading the Faculty of Education of the National University of Hanoi.

Article 2. The University of Education is a higher education institution with legal personality, having its own seal and separate bank account.

Article 3. The University of Education under the National University of Hanoi operates according to the Statutes of universities issued together with Decision No. 153/2003/QĐ-TTg dated July 30, 2003 of the Government and the Regulations on organization and operation of the National University of Hanoi.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 5. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and the Rector of the National University of Hanoi are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
