CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF FISHERIES, THE GENERAL AUDITOR OF THE STATE, AND THE OPINIONS OF THE MINISTERS AND HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES;
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection and Development of Aquatic Resources dated April 25, 1989;
TO PROMPTLY IMPLEMENT THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SPECIALIZED INSPECTION ORGANIZATION FOR THE PROTECTION OF FISHERY RESOURCES;
AMEND ARTICLE 13 OF THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE INSPECTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF FISHERY RESOURCES ISSUED ACCOMPANYING DECISION NO. 415-TTg OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON AUGUST 10, 1994 AS FOLLOWS:
DECISION:
Article 1. (ARTICLE 13. - THE MINISTER OF FISHERIES SHALL APPOINT, DISMISS, MANAGE, ISSUE CARDS AND BADGES TO INSPECTORS FOR THE PROTECTION OF FISHERY RESOURCES.)
The Ministers of Ministries, agencies at the ministerial level, heads of government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Minister of Fisheries, the Ministers of other ministries, the heads of government agencies equivalent to ministries, the heads of government agencies, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
