THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), and Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on Administrative Procedure Control;
Pursuant to Circular No. 65/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 26, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the procedures for issuing plant quarantine certificates;
This Decision promulgates six new administrative procedures and ten amended and supplemented administrative procedures, and ten administrative procedures that have been amended and supplemented within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision announces 01 new administrative procedure, 03 amended and supplemented administrative procedures, and 03 administrative procedures subject to amendment and supplementation within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 11, 2013.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Heads of General Departments, Bureaus, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
