Regarding the abolition of normative legal documents
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
On the basis of Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;
On the basis of Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1997 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
On the basis of Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment of the Government's Steering Committee for Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Normative Documents and the plan for comprehensive review and systematization of legal normative documents in 1997-1998;
At the proposal of the Head of the Steering Committee for Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Normative Documents and the Heads of relevant units,
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish the legal documents listed in the attached Decision.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
