DECISION OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Issuing the fee schedule for payment services through banks
GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Based on the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam number 01/1997/QH10; the Law on Credit Organizations number 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Based on Decision number 170/1999/QĐ-TTg dated August 19, 1999 of the Prime Minister encouraging overseas Vietnamese to transfer money back to the country;
At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision attaches the "Fee Schedule for Payment Services through Banks".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from December 1, 2000.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Inspector General of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam, the Governors of provincial and centrally-administered city branches of the State Bank of Vietnam, the General Directors (Directors) of credit organizations, and the General Director of the National Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
