Regarding the merger of the Tobacco Machinery Factory into
the Thang Long Tobacco Factory
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, reorganization, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Delegated by the Prime Minister pursuant to Circular No. 43/CP-ĐMD dated July 18, 2000 of the Prime Minister regarding the merger of the Tobacco Machinery Factory into the Thang Long Tobacco Factory;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation (Circular No. 21/TLVN-CV-TC dated July 20, 2000) regarding the merger of the Tobacco Machinery Factory into the Thang Long Tobacco Factory;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Tobacco Machinery Factory under the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation shall be merged into the Thang Long Tobacco Factory, which is a member enterprise of the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation.
Article 2. The Vietnam Tobacco Corporation shall be responsible for directing and guiding the merger of the Tobacco Machinery Factory into the Thang Long Tobacco Factory in accordance with the prescribed procedures of the State.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Abolish previous Decisions that conflict with this Decision.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the General Director of the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation, the Director of the Tobacco Machinery Factory, and the Director of the Thang Long Tobacco Factory are responsible for implementing this Decision.
