Regarding the recognition of agricultural testing laboratories

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decision No. 139/1999-QĐ-BNN-KHCN dated October 11, 1999 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the "Regulation on the Recognition and Management of Agricultural Testing Laboratories".

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department - CLSP.

Article 1. Recognize the Coffee Quality Testing Laboratory and Agricultural Products of the Coffee Inspection and Agricultural Products Import and Export Company as an agricultural testing laboratory for the types of tests listed in Appendix 1.

Article 2. The laboratory shall have a seal with code 04, having the form and content as specified in Appendix 2, this seal shall only be used for confirming test results.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature, the Heads of the Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department - CLSP, the General Director of the Coffee Inspection and Agricultural Products Import and Export Company, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
