MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, organizational structure, and staffing of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 27/2000/QD-BGD&ĐT dated July 20, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training on the Charter of Kindergartens;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Early Childhood Education,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on Recognizing Kindergartens Meeting National Standards for the period from 2002 to 2005 attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature. The Department of Early Childhood Education shall be responsible for guiding and monitoring the implementation of this Regulation.
Article 3. The Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, the Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Department of Early Childhood Education, the Heads of units related to the Ministry's agencies, and the Directors of Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
