Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Urban Planning Management Charter issued together with Decree No. 91/CP dated August 17, 1994 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decision No. 10/1998/QĐ-TTg dated January 23, 1998 of the Government Chairman on approving the orientation of the General Urban Development Plan of Vietnam until 2020;
Upon the proposal of the People's Committee of Hòa Bình Province (Document No. 274/UB-CN dated March 7, 2001) and the Ministry of Construction (Document No. 463/BXD-KTQH dated March 27, 2001),
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 12/2001/QĐ-TTg dated January 18, 2001 of the Government Chairman on approving the adjustment of the Master Plan for Construction of Hòa Bình City, Hòa Bình Province until 2020 as follows:
"2. The scope of research for adjusting the Master Plan: The boundary of the area for adjusting the Master Plan for Hòa Bình City includes the entire boundary of the city with a natural area of 14,027.70 hectares, including the urban area of 1,263.74 hectares and the suburban area of 12,763.96 hectares:
- North bordering Thanh Son District, Phu Tho Province;
- South bordering Ky Son District, Hoa Binh Province;
- East bordering Ky Son District and Kim Boi District, Hoa Binh Province;
- West bordering Ky Son District and Da Bac District, Hoa Binh Province";
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of agencies under the Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
