DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Regarding the issuance of TCXDVN 359: 2005 "Piles - Non-destructive testing by small dynamic deformation method"

TCXDVN 359: 2005 "Piles - Non-destructive testing by small dynamic deformation method".

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION STANDARD:

TCXDVN 359: 2005 "Piles - Non-destructive testing by small dynamic deformation method".

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Department of Science and Technology, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
