MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

WHEREAS, the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Transport Department and the Director of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The Regulation on the Exploitation of Commercial Passenger Helicopter Transport (QCHK-KT3) is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

The Decision No. 41/2006/QĐ-BGTVT dated November 8, 2006 of the Minister of Transport promulgating the Regulation on the Exploitation of Commercial Passenger Helicopter Transport (QCHK-KT3) is hereby repealed.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of Departments under the Ministry, Head of the Ministry's Inspectorate, Director of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
