Decision No. 45/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH promulgates the framework program for intermediate vocational level and college-level vocational education in the profession of "Industrial Electronics".

DECISION

Issuing the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level in the profession: "Industrial Electronics"

MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework programs for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level "Industrial Electronics";
At the request of the Director General of the Vocational Education Administration,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision a set of framework programs for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level in the profession: "Industrial Electronics";

Based on these framework programs, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide intermediate and higher vocational education shall determine, review, and approve their own vocational training curricula.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the Vocational Education Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, universities that have registered to provide intermediate and higher vocational education in the profession "Industrial Electronics," and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
