Regarding the amendment and supplementation of Article 1 of Decision No. 87/2006/QD-BVHTT dated October 11, 2006 of the Minister of Culture, Information (now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism)

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Considering Circular No. 801/UBND-VX dated June 5, 2008 of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province and the dossier of the relic;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Amending and supplementing Article 1 of Decision No. 87/2006/QD-BVHTT dated October 11, 2006 of the Minister of Culture - Information (now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) as follows:

National Relic Classification:

HISTORICAL RELIC DIAHNG NGU THO TRAN THU DO COMMUNE LIEN HIEP, HUNG HA DISTRICT, THAI Binh PROVINCE

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where relics are classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the relics within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Binh Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
