Issuing the Nuclear Control Activities Regulation

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Law dated June 3, 2008;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Nuclear Control Activities Regulation is promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from August 15, 2010.
The Minister of Science and Technology is responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
