ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

WHEREAS, THE STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS LAW ON JUNE 29, 2006 AND DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS LAW;
WHEREAS, THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION ORDINANCE ON AUGUST 7, 2003 AND DECREE NO. 163/2004/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 7, 2004 BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION ORDINANCE;
WHEREAS, DECREE NO. 188/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 27, 2007 BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION AGENCY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
