Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on National Border dated June 17, 2003;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,

the Prime Minister decides to issue the Regulations on the operation at land border gates.

Article 1. The attached to this Decision are the Regulations on the operation at land border gates.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2013.

Article 3. Ministers of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, National Defense, Public Security, Industry and Trade, Finance, Health, Agriculture and Rural Development and other relevant ministries, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
