CIRCULAR

Bpromulgating National Technical Regulations on facilities for building new, converting, repairing, and restoring inland waterway vessels

Pursuant to Article 1 of the Government's Decree dated August 1, 2007, detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No.Decision No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP August 1, 2007 of the Government providing detailed guidance on the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No.107/2017/NĐ-CP date 20 the 1February 2012 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Giao thông vận tải;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;

The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular promulgating National Technical Regulations onfacilities for building new, converting, repairing, and restoring inland waterway vessels.

Clause 4 of Article 6

This Circular annexes National Technical Regulations on facilities for building new, converting, repairing, and restoring inland waterway vessels. Registration code: QCVN 89:2015/BGTVT.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Environment

This Circular takes effect from May 1, 2016.

Article 3.

The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
