CIRCULAR

Issuing Economic and Technical Standards

for Hydro-meteorological Surveying and Investigation Work

Pursuant to the Law on Meteorology and Hydrology No. 90/2015/QH13 dated November 23, 2015;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Hydro-meteorological Service, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to issue Economic and Technical Standards for Hydro-meteorological Surveying and Investigation Work.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates Economic and Technical Standards for Hydro-meteorological Surveying and Investigation Work attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 8, 2017 and replaces Decision No. 15/2007/QĐ-BTNMT dated October 1, 2007 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Hydro-meteorological Surveying and Investigation.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for examination and resolution./.
