ABOLISHING THE CIRCULAR NO. 31/2015/TT-BYT OF OCTOBER 14, 2015

ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ON REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF ALLOWANCES, TIME AND NUMBER OF PERSONS PERFORMING FORENSIC MEDICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC EXPERTISE

On the basis of Law on ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS No. 64/2025/QH15 February 19, 2025 amended and supplemented in 2025;

Decree No. Decision No. 78/2025/NĐ-CP April 1, 2025 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law on Enactment of Legal Documents Law on Enacting Legal Regulatory Documents amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15; amended and supplemented in 2025;

Decree No. Decision No. 42/2025/NĐ-CP February 27, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment;

The Minister of Health issues this Circular to abolish Circular No. 31/2015/TT-BYT October 14, 2015 of the Minister of Health stipulating regulations for the implementation of allowances, time and number of persons performing forensic medical and psychiatric expertise.

Article 1. Abolish entirely the Circular No. 31/2015/TT-BYT dated October 14, 2015 issued by the Minister of Health stipulating regulations for the implementation of allowances, time and number of persons performing forensic medical and psychiatric expertise.

Article 2. Implementation clause

This Circular shall take effect from January 15, 2026.
