<b><p align="center">RESOLUTION</p><p align="center">Issuing the action program of the Government to implement the Resolution of the seventh Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, tenth tenure on strengthening the leadership of the Party over youth work during the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization</p><p align="center">GOVERNMENT</p></b><p align="justify">Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;</p><p align="justify">Pursuant to Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW dated July 25, 2008 of the seventh Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, tenth tenure on strengthening the leadership of the Party over youth work during the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization;</p><p align="justify">Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,</p><b><p align="center">RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:</p></b><p align="justify">Article 1. </b>To issue the Action Program of the Government to implement the Resolution of the seventh Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, tenth tenure on strengthening the leadership of the Party over youth work during the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization, attached hereto.</p><b><p align="justify">Article 2.</b> This Resolution takes effect from the date of signature.</p><b><p align="justify">Article 3.</b> The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Resolution./.</p>
