BASED ON THE PROVISIONAL REGULATION ON THE STUDY, CONSTRUCTION, REVIEW, ADOPTION AND MANAGEMENT OF TECHNICAL PROCEDURES USED IN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION, ISSUED ACCOMPANYING DECREE NO. 124-CP OF AUGUST 24, 1963 OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS;

Article 1. NOW ISSUE THE TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR PLANTING WHITE EUCALYPTUS (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) AND LARGE LEAF ACACIA (Acacia mangium) FORESTS.

Article 2. THESE REGULATIONS APPLY TO THE FOUR PROVINCES IMPLEMENTING THE PAM-3352 PROJECT AND OTHER PROVINCES WITH SIMILAR GEOGRAPHIC CONDITIONS.

Article 3. THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DEPARTMENTS OF FOREST BIOLOGY AND WOOD INDUSTRY, TECHNOLOGY, ORGANIZATION AND STAFF LABOUR, PLANNING, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE, THE NATIONAL FOREST INSPECTION CIRCULAR, THE FOREST INVESTIGATION AND PLANNING INSTITUTE, THE VIETNAMESE FORESTRY SCIENCE INSTITUTE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE FORESTRY UNIVERSITY, THE FORESTRY INTERMEDIATE AND TECHNICIAN SCHOOL, THE DIRECTORS OF THE FORESTRY SERVICES AND THE HEADS OF THE PAM PROJECT IN THE FOUR PROVINCES OF THE PAM-3352 REGION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
