THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP dated April 21, 2010 of the Government on the organization, operation, and management of associations;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1235/QD-BNV dated October 29, 2010 of the Ministry of Home Affairs approving the Project "Building the Database of Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations";
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the list of forms and information sheets for the database of associations and non-governmental organizations attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, the Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Information Center, and the heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
