Based on the Law on the State Bank No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and the Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Article 1. Amend the number 31 in point c, Clause 3, Article 5 "Provisions on the Banking Code System, Credit Organizations and State Treasury having accounts opened at the State Bank for direct payment transactions" issued together with Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank as follows:

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, Heads of Accounting and Finance Department, Information Technology Department of the State Bank, Heads of units under the State Bank, Governors of State Bank Branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Organizations and State Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
