Regarding the establishment of the Department of Competition and Awards under the Ministry of Justice

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2000;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization of competition and award work;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Home Affairs,

 DECISION

Article 1. The Department of Competition and Awards under the Ministry of Justice shall be established.

Article 2. The Minister of Justice shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Competition and Awards.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

The Minister of Justice, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
