DECISION
Amending Article 49 of the Examination Regulations for Graduation of Secondary School Equivalency and High School Equivalency issued pursuant to Decision No. 18/2002/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 8, 2002 of the Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology Education and Training
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/ dated October 20, 2015 of dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/ dated October 20, 2015 of dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 18/2002/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 8, 2002 of the Ministry of Science and Technology Ministry of Education and Training on the issuance of the Examination Regulations for Graduation of Secondary School Equivalency and High School Equivalency;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Continuing Education,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending Clause 4 and 5 of Article 49 of the Examination Regulations for Graduation of Secondary School Equivalency and High School Equivalency issued pursuant to Decision No. 18/2002/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 8, 2002 of the Minister of Education and Training as follows:
"4. Submit to the People's Committee of the province or centrally governed city for issuing a decision to establish the Provincial Steering Committee and examination inspection team at the provincial level, and the Appeal Board for the high school equivalency examination period.
5. Issue decisions to establish the Examination Paper Printing Board for the graduation examination of secondary school equivalency; the Examination Boards, Marking Boards for high school equivalency examinations; the Examination Question Setting Board for the graduation examination of secondary school equivalency; the Examination Boards, Marking Boards, and Appeal Boards for the graduation examination of secondary school equivalency."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after the date of signing. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are abolished.
Article 3. Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Continuing Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Chiefs of the School Service Bureau - General Staff Department under the Ministry of National Defense are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
