THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 19, 2002 of the Government on the conversion of state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Amend the name of Phuong Dong Joint Stock Company at Article 2 of Decision No. 226/2003/QĐ-BCN dated December 19, 2003 of the Minister of Industry on the transfer of Phuong Dong Company to Phuong Dong Joint Stock Company as follows:
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. "Transfer Phuong Dong Company to Phuong Dong Joint Stock Production and Trading Company."
The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Management, General Director of Vietnam Chemicals Corporation, Director of Phuong Dong Company, and Chairman of the Board of Management, General Director of Phuong Dong Joint Stock Production and Trading Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
