DECISION
Issuing the Regulation on Ensuring Safety of Onshore Pipeline Systems for Gas Transportation
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 03/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 7, 2002 of the Government on the protection of oil and gas security and safety;
At the proposal of the General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation;

Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on Ensuring Safety of Onshore Pipeline Systems for Gas Transportation.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Chairpersons of Management Boards and General Directors of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation and related organizations shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
