DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

On announcing the List of regulatory legal documents

issued by the Ministry of Industry that have ceased to be legally effective

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 2006; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION:

1. The List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Industry within its authority up to December 20, 2006 that have ceased to be legally effective (List I annexed hereto).

2. The List of Circulars jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry within its authority up to December 20, 2006 that have ceased to be legally effective (List II annexed hereto).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees under central jurisdiction, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
