WHEREAS, THE LEGISLATION ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS WAS ENACTED ON NOVEMBER 12, 1996 AND AMENDED ON DECEMBER 16, 2002;
WHEREAS, THE LAW ON RAILWAY TRAFFIC WAS ENACTED ON JUNE 14, 2005;
WHEREAS, DECREE NO. 34/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT DEFINES THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION;
CONSIDERING THE DOCUMENT NO. 703/ĐK OF JUNE 21, 2006 FROM THE VIETNAM INSPECTION COUNCIL PROPOSING TO APPROVE THE INDUSTRY STANDARD "RAILWAY TRAFFIC EQUIPMENT - DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE - TESTING METHODS FOR PRODUCTION, ASSEMBLY AND NEW IMPORTS";
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO WITH THIS DECISION IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD: "RAILWAY TRAFFIC EQUIPMENT - DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE - TESTING METHODS FOR PRODUCTION, ASSEMBLY AND NEW IMPORTS".
REGISTRATION NUMBER: 22 TCN 358 - 06
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTORATE, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM INSPECTION COUNCIL, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION, THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY CORPORATION, AND THE HEADS OF OTHER RELATED AGENCIES AND UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
